  Computer Depot is great, the service is always speedy and Todd does great work. Todd has fixed my computer twice - once in 2009, and again this past weekend (in record time). After being infected with the XP Security Virus and removing it: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-xp-security-2012 I was unable to load .exe programs. Todd gave my computer a look at 3:00PM on a Saturday afternoon. At 7PM that same night he gave me a call saying it was all fixed! Can't give enough good feedback about Computer Depot. Very handy, especially if you live in and around West Davis.

  I wish Todd lived closer to me. I have purchased two desktop computers from Todd and one Laptop. I have also sent computers to him for repair. Data Recovery

Our Data Recovery Service differs from our Data Backup Service as that the hard drive of the computer is not readable in a normal way.  The hard drive has developed parts on the platter of the disk that has become corrupted or unreadable.  We employ special software that is able to get past these areas of the disk that enable us to get to the important data and back it up to the media of your choice.  This can sometime take longer than just backing up data from a normal hard drive.  This is because the program has to read through the entire contents of the hard drive, instead of just reading from the directory of the hard drive witch is much faster.  Most instances we are able to recover the data depending on how badly the hard drive is corrupted or isn’t malfunction in any other way.
