- We then do a full audit of your needs, including any and all things you would like to have that maybe you currently don’t. If you’re a retail client, we’ll fully examine your computer, to uncover any and all problems with it, before we start working on it. If you’re available, we’ll start up the machine right there in front of you, so you can show us specifically what the problem is.
- We go on to look at the whole business. Think of it as holistic IT services. We go through what we call the Computer Depot IT Service Audit that checks out over 88 different potential trouble areas of your computer and IT systems. We then rank them as Acceptable, Recommended or Severe.
- But we don’t stop there, next we look at the big picture, figure out what your needs are, and dig in to find where we can save you money and provide you with the critical services you need. We’ll then call you with a proposal based on what we’ve found out so far. You get to choose how you want to be reached, via cell, e-mail you, or even fax if necessary, whatever it take to reach you.
- We realize your life is busy, so instead of forcing you to adapt to our schedule, we set up a time to thoroughly answer any of your questions, and go over the parts of our proposal with you. If you’ve brought in a computer for service, we go over our findings with you. - Once you give us the go ahead, we finalize your estimate and let you know when you can plan on us being finished.
- You can relax as we go to work and fix your IT systems (or computer right the first time – no excuses, no ‘hidden fee’s’.
- Once our service is finished, we thoroughly test any systems or change we made using our electronic test system to ensure we did it right.
- We subject your computer(s) to our unique ‘test drive’ process, which ensures we solved the problem(s) and reveals whether things are functioning the way they should be. There’s nothing worse than getting your computer back and finding that something is still wrong, so we double and triple check to makes sure things are solid!
- It’s not until we’re sure your problem is solved that we call you to personally let you know everything is ready to go and arrange another meeting so we can cover the detail of what we did. (or pick up the computer if it’s a retail sale)
