  4. But we don’t stop there, we look at the big picture to figure out what your needs are, and dig in to find where we can save you money and provide you with the critical services you need. We’ll then call you with a proposal.
  5. We realize life is busy, so instead of forcing you to adapt to our schedule, we set up a time to thoroughly answer any of your questions, and go over the parts of our proposal with you. If you’ve brought in a computer for service, we go over our findings with you. We don’t start any work until you give us your approval, and only then.
  6. Once you give us the go ahead, we finalize your estimate and let you know when you can plan on us being finished. You can relax as we go to work and fix your IT systems (or computer) right the first time – no excuses, no ‘hidden fee’s’.
